Depression:

Thurs (Christmas Eve): i tried installing windows on my precious mac through bootcamp, it didn't work, i couldn't turn it on afterwards...

Fri (Christmas): apple store was closed

Sat: apple genius tells me everything was deleted from my hard drive, so 3.5 months of my life in michigan (pictures and journal entries) are all gone...for some reason, i kinda think they were meant to be deleted...hahaha, but my pictures from friday night christmas service are gone too, and the two weddings i went to...sigh...so sad...but i guess...it's a new beginning? =/

that's all the updates i have now...i like being home.

Passion Tea Lemonade!!! I AM DONE WITH FIRST SEMESTER OF COLLEGE!!! this semester actually flew by, it was quite amazing...everything is great tho! i THINK my grades are nice and pretty, good friendships have been established, church life is good, everything is...God ordained and wonderful!

SO, shall we have a stupid-Jocelyn story? yes, yes we shall. HOKAY! so yesterday i was supposed to have my psychology final at 9am, i set my alarm for 815am...now usually when it goes off, i put it on snooze, but yesterday, (for the first time ever) i turned it off because i was afraid of waking the roommate! why?! i don't know! i never turn it off, it's supposed to go to snooze like 3 times!!! sigh, anyways, i finally woke up at 945am, and freaked out, nearly cried...but immediately emailed my prof...she replied around noon telling me i could take it today....but it meant that i had to take three finals today...BUT they're all over now, so praise Jesus! tomorrow at 550am i'll be on a plane back home!!! YAY YAY YAY! that is all, i actually gotta finish my sociology take home final...because i don't actually wanna take it home...

edit//my widget says it's gonna be rainy/snowy these next few days, BUT cloudy on thursday, let's pray it'll be like that so my plane will fly on time!

i'm technically done with first semester of college!!! didn't have class or finals today, so i slept in till 12:15...no mundane events to report cause this weekend, fellowship was canceled and i didn't go out at all cause i was being uber studious and studying for my finals! i'm determined to kick these finals' butts, but i feel like such determination might lead to disappointment...hahaha either way, i've been studying, so whatever happens, happens. (maybe my IQ 就這麼高，沒辦法) whee! anyways, time to study again...4 finals in 2 days, and then HOME HOME HOME!!!

p.s. I'M GOING TO DISNEYLAND WITH THE LU KIDS AFTER CHRISTMAS!!! SO EXCITED!!! at first, i was like poop, i won't be able to go on all the fun rides cause they are too small...BUT then, i thought, during my first visit to disneyland, i was already pretty big, so my parents/bro took me to all the "big kids/adults" ride, so i've never been on the kiddie stuff, so this'll be fun! PLUS, one of the attractions that drew me to Concordia University was its distance to DLand, but hey, i still get to go even though i chose the freezer! Passion Tea Lemonade! ;P

Christmas Dinners To The Max

this past week was a very relaxing and gluttonous...hahaha, when ming was in grand rapids wednesday, we went to ruby's tuesday, on friday night (yaf was pushed to sat) i had the AHANA (minoirites) dinner in school and then saturday night went to pastor's house for dinner, had curry, i've never tasted this type of curry, it was interesting...delicious nonetheless...and sunday night i went to the ISAC (international) christmas banquet and ate more...i better not gain my freshmen 15 in one week >.<

i had fun in all the mentioned events tho...i dunno if i should go to anymore international events, i feel outta place...lol, but i hung around koreans last night, and most of the time i just fa dai-ed because i didn't understand what they were saying...it was still fun! for most of the girls it was like and ALL out dress up thing...i kept my hair and make up from church and just changed into 1 of the 2 dresses i brought...but still fun! ha.

oh and last week, my speech class was canceled all week, so i wasn't motivated to work on my speech at all, so after the banquet last night, i started working on it...till 4am...@.@ but i did it today and i'm glad i got it over with! but now that the relaxing week is over, this week's gonna be a little tougher with 2 papers due and finals week coming up! but "我靠著那加給我力量的，凡事都能做！"
