Ohio

the 5 of us - me, tracy, and 3 xuans - left for Columbus, Ohio on 12/26. Our flight was supposed to transfer in Chicago, but because of the fog, we were diverted to Baltimore/Washington. haha, it was quite an adventure, because it was already really late, there were no flights to get us to Columbus, so we had to spend the night at the airport. However, because the xuans had "traveling insurance" we were able to get a hotel room...and at first we were joking about calling Hyatt, after calling all these "usually cheap" hotels, we decided to call Hyatt, and they turned out to be the cheapest out of all the ones we called! When we got there we ordered a buncha food and took pictures, then finally went to bed. At about 7, when we checked out, the lady told us she's not gonna charge all the food we had! it was amazing! so we left for Columbus, and got there at like 10ish. Victor, Chris, Jacqueline, and Guh were all there to pick us up.

12/27: we cleaned up, unpacked, and chilled around guh's house for a while, went to the mall for about an hr - i finally got the AE sweater i really wanted, using the $25 gift card Samuel got me for Christmas! thanks again! - then went to church and practiced, then had the "Mission Trips Testimony" thing, chilled for a bit, went home, packed for camp.

12/28-12/31: camp was amazing, Pastor Victor Sung spoke really really well, i loved my small group, and there was so much hanky panky going on between the girls!! haha...it was so much fun, loved everyone, and i can't wait to go back!

12/31: after camp, we went home and napped, then went to church for the "prayer into the next year" we burned notecards that had our "images" written on them and had communion, it was fun, the worship was awesome - oh, how i envy their worship team!

01/01: woke up at 2, chilled around, abuncha youths came over and chilled some more, i love playing puzzle fighter!!! hahaha...and then we went out to eat, but because everything was closed, we ended up eating at Sonic, then we went to the Sung's and watched Hancock there. We got home around 12ish, the girls showered, packed, the xuans took a "nap" and tracy and i just stayed up! and left at 6ish in the morning, Victor and Eilen came and sent us off, it was nice. =)

i had another good experience in Ohio, and i cannot wait to go back!!! however, i have OFFICIALLY been labeled as "Mini Pastor Josh". haha.
