first week of work is now officially over...-sigh- so i work as a hostess at New China, which has been a much easier job than when i worked there last time....better work time and better people...so all i do is say "hello, how many?" -put it in the computer- and then take them to a table, take their drink orders and then go back to my hostess station...super lame...i feel like the people are just taking me to the table they want...they always walk in front of me and then say "this ok?" i'm like what the...i'm supposed to be asking that...and then if a station is closed and i say that "i'm sorry that station is closed" they will be like "WHAT! YOU WON'T LET ME SIT THERE?!" i'm like FINE GO SIT! and they're all mainly mexicans...ew. haha...i like the nice old people...they're so nice...and old...and slow...there was this old man who after grabbing his food suddenly forgot where he sat and wandered around the whole restaurant so i had to bring him back...felt so bad for him...haha...anyways 1 week is done and only the whole rest of the summer to go...hooray....
work schedule:
Monday/Tuesday : 11am-8pm
Wednesday : 11am-3pm
Thursday: Off
Friday: 11am-4pm
Saturday:4pm-8pm
Sunday: 4pm-8pm
i saw Prince Caspian last week...super cool, i love the parallelism to the Bible...haha it was so awesome! i'm almost done with the book (omg, i'm reading i know...) so exciting ah!
i want to start a knitting project...i really wanna make a Harry Potter Gryffindor Scarf and Edmund Pevensie's school uniform scarf...they're both so pretty...-sigh- too bad i have no clue how to knit tho...haha and i also want to make MOG and WOG shirts for my malaysian buds.
