"Short" Entry

been slacking on these blog posts cause i've been doing hand written entries in my journal! hahaha, anyways, a quick weekend update.

Friday: had pot luck at yaf for moon festival celebration, after that had worship practice, then went to enoch's for "sleepover", which really meant eating party...haha but i had self control and did NOT eat, because i do not want freshmen 15/look like a gugu! =O

Saturday: was woken up at 10am, went to go play bball, lunch at Ichiban (eh...), came back, pooped around, studied for religion, blah blah, bed

Sunday: church, played piano, hard to understand sermon (the canton accent completely threw me off), signed up to teach children sunday school, it'll be interesting cause i signed up for the young kids, and i haven't taught that class in a few years ><, then we went to Yang/Alex/Chia-Wen's to cook, watched Stephen Chow's movie, went out to buy some stuff, GOT A STARBUCKS (haha, but no cool kids to get it with =/ and i had to get a hot drink) ate dinner, watched funny/stupid videos on youtube, blah blah, end.

anyways, this week i have 3 exams, i already finished 2, and i've got one more friday...i'm pretty sure i owned the religion exam, haha, it wasn't "easy", but i knew my stuff PLUS i studied! and had the math test today, i'm not SUPER confident, but i know i didn't do bad...i'm not that sure bout friday's oral rhetoric written test tho, will have to do some extra studying...uhm, also, on monday my grandpa passed away in malaysia...i was really sad when i first found out, but now, i'm "happy", as in i know this is so much better, for his health condition and his "memory" this is so much better for him and for the aunts...plus, we know where he's at ;)

on a side note, i'm SUPER excited for winter break, i can't wait to go home! i really miss my girls....haha and my GIRL, ANITA <3!!! then, if everything works out (pray pray pray!) i'm super excited for spring semester! hahaha, but that's all i'm saying. life has been good tho, God has been awesome, everything's been taken care of, He's in control and it's awesome to know He's by my side =D
